Target of the master class: solution for social issues through usage of business approaches, social entrepreneurship and NGOs, supporting structures for social entrepreneurship, forms of interaction of entrepreneurs and representatives of small and middle-sized businesses, who have been actively participating in the social field, with nonprofit organizations and civic initiatives.

Member of the Public Council at the Perm City Council. 2005 – 2008 worked as Program Director of the project "Future of Human Rights in Russia" at the Perm Civic Chamber. 1995-2003 - head of the Ural Agency for Support of Small and Middle-Sized Enterprises. Co-author of the "Concept for Entrepreneurship Development in the Perm Region for 2001 – 2006".
